I'm actually in the same boat as you... I think I have my yellow belt cert but that's it. I was mostly trained and in an environment where it was used regularly, but didn't really go through all of the certifications
Hi Michael, l had a question regarding the tool, in our organisation we have copilot instead of Claude and ChatGPT. Even in copilot we don’t have premium access only normal licence. Is it possible to create such skills in copilot?
Hey Michael, I just learnt Claude chat/ cowork/ code like 3 weeks ago at 63 ! I was as described super excited and YES created too many folders, files and a skill =) But what you taught me was how to rein in this baby and let Claude work for me by learning to keep it simple ... Claude works best this way ... as you said!
So with this new concept I turned 10 hours into 15 minutes... and now I'm going back to turn all that into ME! With my voice on top of it all not just Claude =) I ADORE your simple explanation... it even works for a solopreneur at 63!!! My daughter is even amazed I did this ! Hahaha! A win for the parents !

Hi Michael-This is by no means an area I understand too well and some of what you have written is way over my head, however it does sound similar to an idea I'm playing with in Chatgpt where you create a board of Advisors each with their own parameters and skill set to action. Once a question is set 'The Chair' (starting prompt) selects the most appropriate Advisors based on brief descriptions of the range of Advisors available (Tier 1). The user selects which Advisor to lead with. That Advisor is loaded with it parameter and skills to action (Tier 2). The Advisor actions it skills and responds before the next Advisor is loaded and actioned or 'The Chair' suggests a different Advisor based on the output of the first.

Haha, I actually took my IPO idea from SIPOC. I just thought it would make sense for readers to simplify it by cutting off the ends.
