Whenever I’m working with ChatGPT’s o3 or o4-mini-high models on a gnarly task, I always add this at the end:

Ask me clarifying questions until you're 95% confident you can complete the task.  

It’s a total game changer.

It usually fires back 3-5 clarifying questions, gets more context, and provides way better answers.
